Tarrifs and Conditions

Tarrifs

We prefer to rent GENADEDAL out as a unit to a group of friends / family / aquintances.

  • Weekdays: R 1,000-00 per night (which means R 63-50 pppn – for 16 persons)
  • Week ends: R 1,500-00 per night (which means R 93-75 pppn – for 16 persons)
  • Holidays: R 2,000-00 per night (which means R 125-00 pppn – for 16 persons)

    Please chat with management regarding the tarrifs should you not want to book the entire lodge.

Conditions

  • Unfortunately no cheques, credit or debit cards are accepted – only cash and electronic bank transfers are accepted.
  • Keys will not be handed out until the accommodation is paid in full.
  • Accommodation is rented out at own risk, and voetstoots. The right of admission is reserved. Management also has the right to change the interior decorating of the chalets at any time.
  • Only the agreed amount of people are allowed per chalet. An additional amount will be charged for additional persons.
  • NO PETS are allowed, unless otherwise arranged with management, since we have a peahen and other poultry on the premises.
  • Linen and towels are supplied. Bring own swimming towels if you intend to use the swimming pool.
  • The swimming pool is used at own risk.
  • All units are rented out on a self catering basis. Duiker, Vlakvark and Rooibok's guest have the opportunity to use a communal kitchen.
  • Smoking is FORBIDDEN inside the units.
  • The area is VERY safe. Since we have managed this lodge, we have not experienced (by the grace of God) any crime. But, we prefer to be rather safe than sorry, so we encourage guests to close windows and doors when they leave the premises.
  • Furniture and mattresses are not allowed to be taken outside the units, since the furniture gets damaged. Mattrasses are not allowed near the boma/fire at any stage.
  • Damage caused to GENADEDAL, will be recovered from the key deposit, which is payable at arrival.
  • The entrance gate to GENADEDAL has to be kept closed at all times to ensure that the game stays on the premises.
